Today we can feel bombarded with energy from every direction!

This can lead to feeling flat, unbalanced, unmotivated, overwhelmed and just over it! If we listen closely to the whispers of Mother Nature we can find peace in her rhythm and cycles. Therefore, embracing our own rhythm and cycles and coming back home to within ourselves.

I have a background in natural medicine, aromatherapy, reiki, meditation and wellness coaching. I have taken so many different paths in my life and done so many different things, that my life’s

path often looks like it's been drawn by an enthusiastic toddler!

 

The year 2020 brought a period of deep reflection in my life that left me with one big question ‘What do I truly want to do?’

In the stillness of my reflection, I finally heard what my soul was whispering to me…..herbs, essential oils, creativity and nourishment.....It’s with this guidance from my soul that I have developed a range of products.
