In relation to Bath and Body items (eg lotions, oils, balms etc) it is your responsibility as the customer, to ensure you have read all information provided about the product including the ingredients list and how to use the product. It is your responsibility as the customer, to ensure that products purchased are used correctly and for the purpose they were intended and there are no known allergies. In relation to Ingested items (eg flower essences, teas etc) it is your responsibility as the customer, to ensure you have read all information provided about the product including the ingredients list and how to use the product. It is your responsibility as the customer, to ensure that products purchased are used correctly and for the purpose they were intended and there are no known allergies. Is your responsibility as the customer to read and comply with all safety warnings. Please feel free to contact Nourished Happy Soul for further information on products

 

In relation to Home Fragrance items (eg essential oils, room spray etc), it is your responsibility as the customer, to ensure you have read and comply with all safety warnings and guidelines that are provided. It is your responsibility as the customer, to ensure that products purchased are used correctly and for the purpose they were intended.

 

In relation to Ritual items (eg incense, smudge sticks etc), it is your responsibility as the customer, to ensure you have read and comply with all safety instructions and warnings that are provided. It is your responsibility as the customer to safely use the product and not leave it unattended due to fire risk. It is your responsibility as the customer, to ensure that products purchased are used correctly and for the purpose they were intended.

 

Please ensure children and animals are supervised when using Nourished Happy Soul products.

3. Accuracy of information:
All possible care is taken to provide accurate information and pictures on each product available. All our products are handmade and may vary slightly in colour or design from the original picture. Colours may also appear different on various devices.

 

This site and its components are offered for informational purposes only; this site shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.

4. Payment and security:
Orders will only be commenced and dispatched once full payment has been received.
 

We do not hold or store any of your payment details. All payment processing is done via secure sites such as PayPal, Square or Afterpay.

5. Prices and taxes:
Nourished Happy Soul reserves the right to change prices at any time without warning. The Price payable for the products shall be the price applicable on the date the order is confirmed and paid for.

 

All prices are shown in Australian dollars $AUD.

6. Cancellations and Returns:
We aim to fill orders within 24-72 hours. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once Shipping information has been generated but not dispatched, we can cancel the order and refund the cost of products less shipping. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel the order.

We abide by Australian Statutory Legal requirements regarding products that are faulty but do not offer returns on change-of-mind purchases. This is covered in more detail in our Payment and Refunds Policy.

7. Shipping:
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate address details.

Once an order has been dispatched, Nourished Happy Soul cannot be held responsible for late or failed deliveries for reasons outside of its control e.g. in case of adverse weather conditions.
